I coach powerhouse women—entrepreneurs, founders, and big-dream chasers—who are done doing it the hard way.
For the Woman with Big Vision and Bigger Grit
Work-Life Balance? I Call Bullsht.*
Something is always getting sacrificed—usually your actual life.
The one you're building your business for.
I help powerhouse women in leadership and business create a flow—from work to personal and back—without the constant tug-of-war between them.
Because it’s not about balance, it’s about alignment.
It’s about building a business that fuels you, not drains you.
It’s about making bold moves in both your work and your life—and knowing they can rise together.
Let’s Reframe the Myth of Balance.
Balance says one thing always has to give.
Flow asks: What do you actually want your life to look like?
Does it feel like you're building that version now?
Or are you just surviving the day, stuck in cycles of stress and second-guessing?
Here’s the truth:
You’re allowed to want more ease, more joy, and more alignment.
You’re allowed to build a business that supports your life—not swallows it.
That’s not selfish. That’s strategy.
Whether you're:
Momming while launching
Navigating fertility or perimenopause
Caretaking while scaling
Or riding out a major life transition
Your life doesn’t pause for your business goals.
And your business shouldn’t cost you the life you’re working so hard to create.
Here’s What We’ll Do Together:
✔️ Clear the noise and simplify your goals
✔️ Build a business that works with your real life
✔️ Stop second-guessing your brilliance
✔️ Create sustainable growth without burning out
✔️ Build strategy that fits your season—of work and life
This Is for You If…
You’re ready for next-level support to step into your full potential—without sacrificing the very life you’re building it for.
You’ve already been bold. You’ve led. You’ve juggled. You’ve cared.
And now? You want growth that actually supports you.
You want:
Clarity on what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next
Strategy that meets you where you are now
Support that sees the whole you
Systems that actually help—not add more to your plate
Let’s talk about what’s next—for your business and your life.
You’ve got the vision. I’ve got the strategy.
XO,
Jen
Why Me
Entrepreneurship is in my blood. I grew up helping my parents run their very successful mom-and-pop health and fitness business—not just watching, but working from the age of 12. I answered phones, built relationships, solved problems, and learned how to lead from the ground up.
That early experience shaped my philosophy:
Lead with connection.
Deliver an exceptional experience—no matter your size.
Pivot fast, solve problems daily, and—above all—keep going.
And don’t lose sight of the life you’re building it all for.
I had a front-row seat to a visionary woman (my mom) running a business with grit and grace—even when the world didn’t make it easy. She showed me that authentic leadership is betting on yourself, staying flexible, hiring people who fill your gaps, and leading with heart.
That foundation carried me through:
A creative career in acting, writing, and producing
Building a highly successful skincare business that scaled quickly
Coaching and mentoring dozens of women to launch and grow their own ventures
Teaching entrepreneurs how to stop playing small, get unstuck, and take bold, strategic action
But the deepest training? Life itself.
I walked a 10-year fertility journey. I lost my brother. I became a “heart mom” when my son was born with a rare congenital heart defect. I had to keep going—mentally, emotionally, and physically—while still building a life and a business that were sustainable and fulfilling.
When I neglected myself, I burned out. When I neglected my business, I burned out. That’s when I realized:
Balance is a myth. Life isn’t static—so why should your business be?
Life ebbs. It flows. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes it's brutal. However, we still have the opportunity to design it intentionally.
I learned how to re-align with my values. To create space. To ask for and hire help. To build a business that serves my life—not swallows it. It wasn’t easy, but it was transformational.
And now? I coach women like you to do the same.
You don’t have to white-knuckle your way forward.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
You just have to be ready.
And if you are—I’m right here with you.
I see how hard you are working. I see how courageous you are. It’s time for you to get even more real about what you want next and how you get there.
The most challenging times help inform and transform us into our most authentic, courageous selves - if we let them. - Jen
